We love breakfast, especially blueberry muffins. That is why we were so excited to learn Cassy’s of Blogilates three easy steps to a delicious, Berrylicious Microwave Minute Muffins. Not only is the recipe quick to make, but it is also healthy!
- 1/4 Cup Quick Oats
- 1 Egg
- 1 TeaspoonBrown Sugar
- Mix 1/4 cup of quick oats, egg, handful of blueberries and a teaspoon of brown sugar in a coffee mug.
- Place in the microwave for 1 minute. (Watch it carefully so it does not overflow!)
- Flip mug upside down onto a plate and enjoy!
