Breakfast At Your Desk

We love breakfast, especially blueberry muffins. That is why we were so excited to learn Cassy’s of Blogilates three easy steps to a delicious, Berrylicious Microwave Minute Muffins. Not only is the recipe quick to make, but it is also healthy!

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 Cup Quick Oats
  • 1 Egg
  • Blueberries
  • 1 TeaspoonBrown Sugar
Directions:
  1. Mix 1/4 cup of quick oats, egg, handful of blueberries and a teaspoon of brown sugar in a coffee mug.
  2. Place in the microwave for 1 minute. (Watch it carefully so it does not overflow!)
  3. Flip mug upside down onto a plate and enjoy!
