After a weekend at the beach or a few wild nights in the city, getting through a full beauty-routine on Monday morning can be quite daunting. During our hunt for inspiration on how to look work-ready without the elbow grease, Style Noted graced us with an Olivia Palermo inspired hair tutorial created by the stylists at Arrojo. Loose, messy and with minimal effort, this look is right up our alley for lazy or rushed mornings. Check out the steps below to try it yourself!
Directions:
Step 1: Apply styling whip to damp, towel dried hair.
Step 2: Scrunch hair while blasting with a blowdryer.
Step 3: Once dry, spray dry shampoo into roots for a rough, distressed look.
Step 4: Use a comb to create a center part.
Step 5: Loosely pull hair back and twist into a loose bun at the nape of the neck. Secure with bobby pins.
Step 6: Gently pull out strands of hair from the front, leaving them down for a disheveled look.

There is nothing more inspiring then NYC art. We love finding out the inspirations behind the creators’ work. One of our latest finds is Nicole Cohen, who has created Sketch42, a blog showcasing all of her work, to allow the public into her creative world. We are in love with her use of color!

Chantal of Cocorosa is one of our favorite international style bloggers. We are absolutely in love with her Spring look! The mix of soft colors and the simplicity of skinny jeans with a pastel blouse is so casually chic. We especially love how perfectly the Rebecca Minkoff Mini M.A.C. looks with her morning style.

Rebecca Minkoff and Yahoo! invite women into their style studio for a beautifully photographed fashion series titled Style Studio with Rebecca Minkoff where Rebecca helps them discover their own unique sense of style. The goal is to recreate their profile picture to help them feel more confident and achieve their dreams. The premiere episode features Nelsie, a 54-year-old writer who has spent years working from home and now needs to market herself to potential investors for a new business venture. Find out how Rebecca helps her with her look in the first video and check out a new one every Wednesday at Yahoo!
