Minkette Beauty

This polka-dot manicure by Kim of Eat.Sleep.Wear. was just too cute to pass up. Simply apply the color of your choice as the base coat, then use a nail art pen (Kim used a Sally Hansen one) to create little dots on each nail. Then you are all set!
