Pizza that is actually healthy? We did not believe it either, but Jennifer from Keep It Simple Foods recently shared her recipe for a nutritious Greek pita pizza. You just need a few simple ingredients, and you can whip up this easy recipe for lunch or dinner. We know we’ll be making it all week!

Ingredients:

  • whole wheat pita
  • pesto
  • crumbled feta
  • sliced cherry tomatoes
  • kalamata olives
  • sliced mushrooms
  • thinly sliced purple onion
  • fresh basil

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place pita on a baking sheet and spread a layer of pesto on top.
  2. Sprinkle feta, tomatoes, olives, mushrooms, and onions on top of the pesto.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes then garnish with basil.
