During the summer it’s fun to reminisce about the past, and all of the fun, crazy things we did during our summer breaks. For those of us who are out of college and surviving in the “real world,” one of our favorite past-times is the classic booze cruise. Luckily, Refinery29 has discovered an ‘age appropriate’ booze cruise in NYC – the Marc Murphy’s Summer Cruise Series. Hosted on the East River, the team behind Landmarc has partnered with NY Waterway to create a unique booze + dinner + entertainment experience on the water every Tuesday for the month of July. Chef Murphy will be developing a themed dinner for guests to enjoy during their two-hour ‘yachting’ adventure. We can’t wait to check out the NYC views while sailing into the sunset. Get your tickets today - bon voyage!

Sons of Essex on the Lower East Side has something for everyone – it’s part deli, part restaurant and part bar. With a relaxed and rustic vibe, this is a great place to stop by after work and grab a drink or two. It’s getting to be quite the hot spot though – even the Olsen sisters have been spotted here! We are quickly adding this to our list of must-go-to Lower East Side joints!

We absolutely adore funny girl Krysten Ritter and cannot wait to watch her new sitcom Don’t Trust the B— in Apartment 23. The show centers around Krysten’s character Chloe, a NY party girl with no morals, causing trouble for her naive, small town roommate June (Dreamer Walker) with her best friend James Van Der Beek. Krysten is perfect to play the role with her model looks and quirky style. The show is sure to be nothing short of hilarious.

Rebecca Minkoff Ryder Jacket & Fling Clutch
Glee star Dianna Agron looks casually chic in NYC this weekend rocking her Rebecca Minkoff Spectator Mini MAB Bombe. We love her ‘all America girl’ style – pairing simple skinny jeans with a light grey jacket.

There is nothing more relaxing after a full day of work then yoga, and we are now obsessed with New York’s Bikram Yoga. It is an amazing series of 26 Hatha Yoga postures and 2 Pranayama breathing techniques designed to provide a rejuvenating and challenging experience in a room of 105°F. During this 90 minute class, we cannot help by feel an incredible sense of well being. We are loving the heat!
